Peptide Dosing Calculator

Use this free peptide pen calculator to work out exactly how many units — and how many clicks — to dial into your
reusable pen. Enter the milligrams of peptide in your vial, the milliliters of bacteriostatic (BAC) water you reconstituted with, and your target dose, and the calculator returns the unit count to draw. Prefer to check the dosage math by hand? The conversion table, worked examples, and FAQs below cover the standard cases.

How to Calculate Your Peptide Dose

Step 1 - Enter your peptide amount (mg).  - This is the total milligrams of peptide in your vial, shown on the label (commonly 5mg or 10mg)

Step 2 - Enter your BAC water (mL). - This is how much bacteriostatic water you're adding to the vial to reconstitute it - your choice, and it sets the concentration.  More water makes it more dilute (more units per dose); less water makes it more concentrated (fewer units per dose).

Step 3 - Enter your target dose (mcg). - The amount you want per injection, in micrograms.  Take note that 1 mg (milligram) = 1,000 mcg (micrograms).

Step 4 - Read your result: units = clicks. - The calculator returns the number of units to draw, which is the same as the number of clicks on your pen.  Dial that many clicks, prime if needed, and dose per your protocol.

mg(milligrams) to mcg(micrograms) Cheat Sheet:

1mg = 1000mcg

2mg = 2000mcg

2.5mg = 2500mcg

5mg = 5000mcg

7mg = 7000mcg

10mg = 10000mcg
