3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payments must be completed through our approved payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the locations listed on our Shipping Policy page.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our 7-day guarantee: if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it. We don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any other reason. This is because our products are custom and cannot be resold once opened or used.

If your product arrives defective or damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@refillpen.com.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product in exchange for the defective one.
• You must return the defective item to us before the replacement is shipped. We will provide instructions and a return label.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on refillpen.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
