​At refillpen.com, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than product defects. This is because our products are custom and cannot be resold once opened or used.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you think your order is defective or damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@refillpen.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If we deem the item to be truly defective, you will be provided with a link to download a prepaid label to ship the item back to us.
You must return the defective item to us before the replacement is shipped.
