All Orders are processed within 48 hours. Normally within 24 hours.

Shipping within the US is done via USPS standard ground shipping. If additional accommodations are needed please contact us at info@refillpen.com

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at time of purchase and within the confirmation emails you receive from us.

Any packages returned to us because of an incorrect address or name will only be reshipped upon receipt of additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

If you do not see your country listed at checkout, email us your shipping address and what you wish to purchase, and we will add it on the site for you!

We are not responsible for any tariffs from the US to the country we are shipping to. The burden of paying any tariffs will be paid by the customer.

We ship international orders with USPS to keep tariffs and fees as low as possible, even though delivery can take longer. At checkout, international customers confirm they agree to pay all tariffs and fees associated with their order.

Returns

Our 7-day guarantee: if your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it. Our products are custom and can't be resold once opened or used, so we can't offer returns, refunds or exchanges for other reasons. See our Returns Policy.

If you think your order is defective or damaged:

1. 1Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@refillpen.com.
2. 2Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. 3If we deem the item to be truly defective, you will be provided with a link to download a prepaid label to ship the item back to us.
4. 4If a package says delivered by the carrier but you claim that it is lost, you will need to go to your local USPS and assist with the lost claims.
5. 5You must return the defective item to us before the replacement is shipped.
