The Halo cartridge holder helps hold the cartridge while you prep for filling. I didn't realize the button in the center is used to release the rubber plungger in the cartridge and purge air. Watch the video in the FAQ "Hard to Push Dial" for a demo, that helped me a bunch. I believe the Halo is well designed and worth the purchase! Thx!
This is a must have if you are using pens. It makes the process a lot easier going from vial to cartilage. Excellent quality!
